Shipping policy

POSTAGE

All our standard shipping orders within Australia attract a charge of $8.99 flat rate to cover postage and handling. This will be added to at the checkout. We deliver only within Australia through Australia Post, and have express shipping available. We do not ship internationally. Your order will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, except for public holidays and under special circumstances. Custom orders can take up to 5-7 business days to account for order creation. If you require your order as soon as possible, please select express shipping. We always endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible.

We highly recommend ordering your Cookie Candle/s well before the day you need them to ensure that you have your order ready for the special day, especially when hot weather is predicted (please see below). Cookie Candles can be stored in the freezer until you need them. For more information about storing our products, see our FAQ's on the bottom of our home page.

PLEASE NOTE: Cookie Candles are heat sensitive and due to this, on extremely hot days or when weather is predicted to remain hot over several days (from 35 degrees Celsius upward), we may refuse or delay processing your order to ensure product quality on arrival.

Tracked postage will be provided for orders through Aus post. You will receive your tracking details shortly after placing your order, please contact us at hello@cookiecandles.com.au if you require any further information.

LOCAL ORDER PICK UP/ DROP OFF

We offer free local pick up, and $5 local drop off to get your order to you quickly and safely in your hands. After you place a pick up/drop off order, we will email you an Order Collection Form . Please book a preferred pick up time as soon as possible. If you do not pick up your order in your agreed allocated time without communicating with us, you will be charged $8.99 and your order will be posted to you on the same day with standard shipping times. 

LOCAL DROP OFF 

All local drop off orders are $5 and eligible for anyone within 10km of Boronia, VIC. Please fill in the Order Collection Form above, so you can book in your preferred drop off time and confirm your address. All drop off orders have automatic 'authority to leave', however we will always attempt to meet you in person first.
