Shipping policy

POSTAGE

All our standard shipping orders within Australia attract a charge of $9.99 flat rate to cover postage and handling. This will be added at the checkout. We deliver only within Australia through Australia Post, and have express shipping available at $12.99. We do not ship internationally due to the nature of our products. Your order will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, except for public holidays and under special circumstances. Custom orders can take up to 5-7 business days to account for order creation. If you require your order as soon as possible, please select express shipping. We always endeavor to have your order to you as soon as possible.

We highly recommend ordering your Cookie Candle/s well before the day you need them to ensure that you have your order ready for the special day, especially when hot weather is predicted (please see below). Cookie Candles can be stored in the freezer until you need them. For more information about storing our products, see our FAQ's on the bottom of our home page or on our information page.

PLEASE NOTE: Cookie Candles are heat sensitive and due to this, on extremely hot days or when weather is predicted to remain hot over several days (around 30 degrees Celsius upward), we may refuse or delay processing your order until cooler weather to ensure product quality on arrival.

LOCAL ORDER PICK UP

We offer free local pick up to get your order quickly and safely in your hands. After you place a pick up order, we will email you an Order Collection Form . Please book a preferred pick up time as soon as possible. If you do not pick up your order in your agreed allocated time without communicating with us, you will be charged $9.99 and your order will be posted to you on the same day with standard shipping times.
